What construction services do you provide?

We deliver turnkey construction for houses and cottages: foundations and monolithic works, walls and roofs, façade insulation and finishing, interior finishing, electrical and plumbing, as well as BIM design and permit assistance.

We operate across Poland, Germany and Belgium. Current focus cities include Wrocław, Gdańsk, Frankfurt am Main and Antwerp.

Do you work under fixed-price construction contracts?

Yes. After design we prepare a detailed estimate and offer a fixed price in the contract with step-by-step payments.

Can you help with design and permits?

Yes. Our team prepares project documentation (architecture, structure, MEP), performs BIM modeling and assists with permits and technical conditions for utility connections.

What are the typical construction stages?

Technology selection and site assessment → surveys (geology/topography) → project documentation → estimate & contract → foundation → load-bearing walls → roof → windows/doors & façade → engineering (HVAC, plumbing, electrics) → interior finishing → landscaping.
