Stages of work:

• The stages and deadlines are determined by the project documentation. Competent organization, as well as control of all processes, allow you to lay the construction of the box in up to 3 months. Engineering with rough finishing can be completed in another 1.5 months. You can place an order for the construction of only boxes, boxes and communications or for turnkey construction (box, communications, finishing). • TECHNOLOGY SELECTION The technology of construction determines the durability and cost of housing. As a rule, stone cottages are most often chosen for permanent residence, and wooden ones for seasonal residence. When choosing, the geology of the land plot, the groundwater level, the number of floors, the wishes, as well as the financial capabilities of the client are taken into account. At this stage, people roughly know the budget, what layout they want, but there is no project.
• SITE SELECTION When assessing the site, transport accessibility, infrastructure, nearby enterprises, the availability of communications (gas, electricity, central sewerage, water supply), geology, relief, legal "cleanliness" are taken into account.
• ENGINEERING AND GEOLOGICAL SURVEYS Collecting information about the site includes engineering and geological surveys (geology), topography, as well as technical conditions for connecting engineering networks. Geology and topography provide information about the composition of the soil, its density, plasticity, the groundwater level is determined. This data is needed to obtain a building permit for the site. In addition, information is required by the architect, engineer, designer for design.
• PROJECT ACQUISITION Project documentation is necessary for the construction of a beautiful functional ergonomic housing. The working documentation includes architectural and construction drawings (AR, KR), engineering sections (VC, NVK, EOM, OV, NES), visualization. • PREPARATION OF ESTIMATES The estimate is made after the design. Preliminary cost is calculated based on sketches and layouts. It may differ from the total by 5-15% up or down. In the process of working on a project, customers often change architectural, constructive solutions and materials, finding new interesting options together with the architect. When the final version is approved, all design and engineering calculations are made, a detailed estimate is made, and a contract is signed.
• FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION The arrangement of the foundation or ground floor includes earthworks (digging trenches or a pit), installation of formwork, arrangement of a drainage cushion, installation of a reinforcing frame, formation of mortgages for communications or their input, pouring concrete and subsequent stripping. Since these are "zero cycle" works (produced below the floor level), they cannot be redone at subsequent stages, so it is important to approach the process responsibly.
• CONSTRUCTION OF LOAD-BEARING WALLS The walls are laid out of logs, beams, gas blocks or ceramic blocks – it depends on the technology. Each technology has its own characteristics. So, the laying of aerated concrete and ceramic blocks begins strictly from the corners, reinforcement is performed. At this stage, the arrangement of chimneys, vent channels, crossbars, beams, lintels over window and door openings, the manufacture of armoires, the laying of internal partitions also takes place.
• ROOF CONSTRUCTION The installation of the roof includes the arrangement of a truss system, steam, waterproofing, crates, laying of a protective coating. The scheme of the rafters and materials are selected at the design stage, as they affect the load calculations. Wooden elements are treated with antiseptics, flame retardants. The roofing is laid with ventzazors, ribs, skates, aprons – with all the necessary equipment.
• FACADE FINISHING, INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS, DOORS Facade finishing can be carried out at the stage of masonry walls, if it is a facing brick. In other cases, it is performed after the construction of the box and roof. Note that the cottage will shrink, so not all materials are suitable for finishing immediately after construction work. This question can be asked in consultation with a specialist of the company "SVS". Installation of doors and windows is carried out with the device of tides and slopes. Also at this stage, roof overhangs are sewn, a drainage system is installed.
• ENGINEERING Engineering networks are laid before or simultaneously with rough finishing. This is done exclusively by specialized specialists – engineers. Pipes, radiators, underfloor heating systems are being installed, boiler equipment is being installed, water supply and sewerage pipes are being laid. Wiring of electric cables with installation of sub-sockets is carried out. All equipment is necessarily tested for operability and absence of defects.
• FINISHING WORKS At this stage, roughing and finishing is carried out. All surfaces are leveled, GCL structures are mounted, floor screed is carried out, tiles and floor coverings are laid, decorative coatings are applied to walls, ceiling. Stairs are finished, fences and railings are installed. It may also include the assembly and installation of furniture, installation of appliances, appliances.
• LANDSCAPING OF THE TERRITORY There is an arrangement of paths, small artificial reservoirs, the construction of alpine slides, and other small architectural forms. Also, at the request of the customer, a gazebo, a brazier can be erected.
