How do you price US vs EU structural BIM services?
US pricing takes IBC/ASCE 7 specifics and coordination effort into account; EU pricing follows Eurocodes. The structural BIM calculator applies the correct base $/m² by region and enforces the regional minimum order for each structural BIM project.
Do you issue structural fabrication drawings from BIM?
Yes. GA, assembly and rebar sheets can be added as a fixed-fee add-on to $/m² structural BIM services. For Tekla scopes we also export NC/DSTV/DXF files for fabrication.
What inputs do you need to start a structural BIM project?
We typically need an architectural model/drawings, grid and level information, material specs and design codes. We align via a short call, define the structural BIM scope and start with a clash pre-check before moving into full modeling.
How many coordination rounds are included in structural BIM pricing?
Two rounds of clash fixes and two coordination calls per week are included in the structural BIM pricing. Additional coordination rounds beyond two are billed at $300 each and can be added in the calculator.
