Short candidate profile
You keep pace with targets, stay focused, and complete tasks cleanly (labels, SKUs, scans).
You can understand instructions, ask clarifying questions, and report issues in English.
Punctuality and consistent attendance are critical in shift-based warehouse operations.
You follow PPE rules, traffic lanes, and manual-handling basics without shortcuts.
If you want a fast decision, upload a clear CV in English (role history, shift availability, city preference).
What you will do (day-to-day responsibilities)
- Picking & packing: pick items by location, verify with scanner, pack to instruction, and close orders accurately.
- Inbound handling: unload or receive goods, check quantities, label where required, and route items to the correct zone.
- Outbound readiness: stage parcels/pallets, respect cut-off times, and support handover to shipping.
- Replenishment: refill pick faces and shelves so pickers can maintain speed without stockouts.
- Quality checks: detect damaged packaging/items, report issues early, and prevent wrong-item dispatch.
- Safety & housekeeping: keep aisles clear, follow traffic lanes, use PPE, and maintain a clean workstation.
Operational details (zone type, product category, scanner model, target system) vary by project and are explained during onboarding.
Requirements (detailed, practical, document-first)
1) Documents & identity
- Valid passport and the ability to provide documents requested for legal onboarding by the employer.
- Availability to complete onboarding steps required for warehouse access (ID checks, site rules acknowledgement).
- If work authorization is needed, the pathway is confirmed individually (see: Work permit / Zezwolenie).
2) Work availability & shifts
- Readiness for shift work (2–3 shifts or rotating systems depending on site).
- Ability to work weekends or nights if the project requires it (rules are confirmed in writing before start).
- Stable availability: warehouses depend on continuity more than “one-time” availability.
3) Physical & environment
- Ability to work standing/walking for a full shift; frequent bending and reaching.
- Manual handling of packages within site-specific limits; correct lifting technique is required.
- Comfort working in a structured, fast environment with performance tracking.
4) Skills & behavior
- Basic scanner/computer literacy (training is provided; you must be willing to learn quickly).
- Accuracy with labels, barcodes and product codes (mistakes cause returns and rework).
- Reliability, punctuality, and respectful teamwork in shared zones.
- Safety discipline: PPE, traffic lanes, and compliance with site instructions.
Work conditions with a Polish employer (what you receive in writing)
This section explains standard onboarding expectations in Poland. Your final conditions (contract type, settlement cycle, site rules) are confirmed individually and provided in writing before you start.
Pay is always at least the statutory minimum (gross). The exact rate and settlement method are confirmed per project. If shifts include night hours or overtime, the applicable supplements are defined by the contract and site rules.
You receive onboarding instructions, safety induction (BHP), site regulations and task standards. PPE rules and warehouse traffic rules are mandatory.
Expect clear role allocation (zones), standard operating procedures, and quality controls. You must report incidents, damage, or scanning discrepancies immediately.
On selected projects, accommodation or transport support may be available. This is always confirmed in writing and is not assumed by default.
If you need a permit pathway, read the MaViAl overview and then contact us with your nationality and availability.

FAQ
Can I apply without Polish language?
Yes. This category focuses on English-speaking onboarding. Polish helps on some sites, but it is not required for entry roles.
Is warehouse experience mandatory?
No. Experience is a plus, but many projects train entry candidates. What matters most is reliability, accuracy and willingness to follow process.
What is the pay and is it gross?
All figures are discussed as gross. Pay is always at least the statutory minimum in force in Poland from 01 Jan 2026. Your exact rate and settlement method are confirmed per project in writing.
What shift patterns should I expect?
Most warehouses run 2–3 shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Some sites use rotating systems. Your schedule is confirmed before onboarding.
Do you provide accommodation?
Some projects may offer accommodation or transport support, but it is not automatic. If available, it is confirmed in writing before you start.
What documents should my CV include?
List your role history, tasks (picking/packing/inbound/outbound), shift availability, city preference, and any scanner/warehouse systems you used. Keep dates and employers consistent.
Can I apply without a CV if I call or message?
No. We do not review candidates without a CV. Use the CV page first, then contact us with your preferred city and start date.
How do I apply correctly?
First: create/upload your CV. Second: contact MaViAl with (1) your preferred city, (2) start date, (3) shift availability. This is the fastest route to a clear answer.
