EU CV checklist (2026 hiring)

  • Target role title: job name + specialization (e.g., “Warehouse Picker”, “Cook”, “Junior QA”, “Cleaner”).
  • Experience: 2–4 recent jobs with responsibilities and outcomes (KPI/volume/quality).
  • Skills: tools/processes (WMS, Excel, HACCP, SAP, Jira, etc.).
  • Languages: include CEFR levels (A1–C2) — critical for EU hiring.
  • Format: PDF, usually 1–2 pages.
  • Europass: helpful but not mandatory. (Official EU tool)
