Pay & legal minimums (gross / brutto)

We present compensation and statutory minima in gross (brutto) amounts. Exact project conditions are shared in writing after CV screening.

  • Minimum monthly wage (full-time employment): PLN 4,806 gross / month (from 01.01.2026)
  • Minimum hourly rate (specified civil-law contracts): PLN 31.40 gross / hour (from 01.01.2026)

Final pay depends on the site, shift system, role scope, and the contract model used for the project.

Need work-permit context? Use: Work permit (Zezwolenie).

What you will do (real production tasks)

  1. Operate basic production stations according to work instructions (SOPs) and supervisor guidance.
  2. Assemble parts using repeatable steps; maintain consistent output quality.
  3. Pack finished products, apply labels, and keep batches separated as required by the process.
  4. Perform in-process quality checks after training (visual inspection, templates, checklists).
  5. Report abnormalities immediately (defects, missing components, machine warnings) and follow “stop / notify” rules when applicable.

Tasks differ by site (electronics / packaging / automotive components), but the logic stays the same: follow instructions, keep quality stable, and work safely.

Work conditions (Polish employer standards)

This category is built for candidates who want clarity. Typical conditions for production roles in Poland are communicated before onboarding and confirmed individually.

  • Document-first: you receive a written briefing with location, schedule, start date, and contract model before you start.
  • Onboarding & safety: safety induction, workplace rules (PPE, machine guarding), and role training are standard.
  • Medical checks: production roles may require occupational/role-specific medical clearance depending on duties.
  • Payroll discipline: pay is calculated in gross (brutto) amounts; statutory minima apply and are respected.
  • Shift reality: many sites use rotating shifts; expectations around punctuality and attendance are strict.
Important: If you do not provide a CV, we cannot confirm availability or move you into screening.

Requirements (detailed, practical)

Language & comprehension

  • English is required to understand instructions, safety rules, and basic line communication.
  • Polish is not mandatory for all sites, but it is a meaningful advantage in daily coordination.

Work readiness

  • Comfort with repeatable tasks and stable pace after ramp-up.
  • Ability to work standing and moving during the shift; basic manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to follow site rules: PPE, cleanliness, tool handling, and material flow.

Quality & reliability

  • You can follow checklists and accept feedback (quality is measured, not guessed).
  • You report problems early (defects, missing parts, unusual noise/alarms, mislabels).
  • Attendance and punctuality are treated as key performance requirements in production environments.
CV-only screening: applications without a CV are not reviewed. Use Create / Upload CV first, then contact us if needed.

Short candidate portrait

  • You prefer clear rules and you execute tasks consistently.
  • You keep communication concise and you ask questions early (before mistakes repeat).
  • You notice small defects and you respect quality gates.
  • You can handle shift routines and maintain focus on repetitive work.

This role fits candidates who value stability, measurable expectations, and a structured production environment.

How this vacancy typically starts (a short operational story)

Recruitment process (clear & document-first)

  1. CV first: create/upload your CV in English.
  2. Screening: we validate fit (availability, role readiness, communication).
  3. Written briefing: you receive conditions in writing (location, schedule, start date, model).
  4. Selection step: short interview / simple check / site step (role-dependent).
  5. Onboarding: safety induction + role training + start per employer procedure.

Work authorization support depends on the project and candidate status. For background information, use: Work permit (Zezwolenie).

Success metrics (what sites actually measure)

  • Quality stability: low defect/error rate after training.
  • Safety behavior: PPE compliance and correct reactions to abnormal situations.
  • Productivity after ramp-up: you hit targets once trained (targets are site-specific).
  • Reliability: attendance, punctuality, and consistent performance across shifts.

Targets and rules are explained during onboarding and depend on the specific production line.
