Poland national D work visa in Lebanon: where and how to apply
The application is booked through e-Konsulat and submitted personally at the Polish Consular Section in Beirut.
1. Book the appointment in e-Konsulat
- Use the official e-Konsulat system on a computer; the Embassy specifically warns that the system is not accessible via smartphones.
- Complete the national visa application with data exactly matching the passport and work-permit documents.
- Print and sign the completed form.
- Appointment slots for the next month are opened in the third week of the previous month.
- For visas, new slots are released on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 09:00–14:00.
- There is no private-agent priority and no intermediary can guarantee a slot.

What “Type A work permit” means in 2026
“Type A” remains a familiar search term, but the current employer-side procedure concerns a foreign national employed by a Polish entity.
The employer files the application and attachments electronically through praca.gov.pl. The candidate does not file the employer's application instead of the employer.
Work permit and national D visa are different
The work permit is the employer-side authorisation for the planned employment. The national D visa is a separate consular document for entry and long-term stay for the declared purpose.
