Poland work visa from India: work permit, documents, e‑Konsulat and VFS
If you need legal work in Poland, start with recruitment — not with a visa agent. MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is a direct employer in Poland. Recruitment applications are free and are accepted through the official CV form. After selection, the employer handles the Polish work-permit stage; the candidate then follows the official national D work-visa procedure in India.
Step-by-step: from India to legal employment in Poland
The recruitment, work-permit and national D-visa stages are separate. Follow them in this order.
Documents the candidate should prepare
Prepare recruitment/work-permit documents first, then the complete national D work-visa file.

How MaViAl files the work permit
For employment under an agreement with a Polish entity, the current procedure is the work permit for a foreign national employed by a Polish entity. The historic phrase “Type A work permit” remains useful as a search term, but the current electronic forms use updated terminology.
- The employer is the party to the work-permit proceeding.
- The application and all attachments are submitted only through praca.gov.pl.
- The employer attaches the candidate's passport-data-page copy.
- Qualifications are attached where the intended work is in a regulated profession.
- Foreign-language evidence used in the Polish proceeding may require a Polish sworn translation.
Recruitment is not a visa sale
MaViAl recruitment is free. A jobseeker should not be charged a placement commission for being offered employment. Any optional paid service on this page is limited to separate document-preparation support after recruitment selection.
Do not pay anyone for a “guaranteed visa”, “guaranteed e‑Konsulat draw” or “guaranteed work permit”. These decisions and appointment allocations are controlled by public authorities and official systems.
