Website and service terms
These terms govern use of mavial.pl and the public information, enquiry routes and digital offers published by MaViAl Sp. z o.o. A signed contract or accepted order may add service-specific terms.
1. Operator
The website is operated by MAVIAL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Stanisława Leszczyńskiego 4/29, 50-078 Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0001058460, NIP 8971927502, REGON 526420479. Legal notices may be sent to legal@mavial.pl.
2. Website information
Public pages describe MaViAl, its software, digital products, recruitment and selected specialist services. Content is general information unless a page or signed document expressly states otherwise. Availability, scope and pricing may change before a binding agreement is concluded.
3. Software and digital services
Software work is governed by an agreed proposal, technical specification, acceptance criteria, schedule, price, licensing or intellectual-property terms, support scope and data-processing arrangements. Indicative prices are planning ranges and do not constitute a final quote.
4. Recruitment and vacancies
Vacancy pages and recruitment information do not guarantee contact, interview, employment, remuneration, visa, work permit or any public-authority decision. Candidates must provide accurate information and use the application route stated for the relevant vacancy.
5. Residence and company services
Published information about residence, documents or company registration is not a guarantee of an administrative or court outcome and does not replace advice from a qualified professional where such advice is required. Public authorities decide official matters independently.
6. BIM, construction and printing
The binding scope, inputs, standards, tolerances, formats, milestones, acceptance, production quantities, delivery and price are defined for the relevant order. Custom-made or personalised goods may be subject to statutory exceptions from withdrawal rights. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Websites offered for sale
The displayed USD amounts are asking prices for the identified domain and current website/software asset package. They are not independent valuations or promises of traffic, revenue, profitability or future performance. The definitive assets, warranties, payment, escrow, tax treatment and transfer process are set out in a written agreement.
8. Acceptable use
You must not unlawfully access systems or data, disrupt the website, bypass security, submit malicious code, scrape in a way that harms service availability, impersonate another person, infringe rights or use forms for spam, fraud or unlawful content.
9. Intellectual property
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, the website design, text, code, databases, graphics and MaViAl materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted beyond ordinary use of the public website for its intended purpose.
10. Third-party services
The website may provide limited links expressly retained for maps, official MaViAl social profiles, messaging channels and digital assets offered for sale. External services have their own availability, security, privacy and terms, which MaViAl does not control.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MaViAl is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of general website information, external-service interruption or unauthorised use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. Privacy, law and changes
Personal data is handled under the privacy and cookie policies. These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country. Competent courts are determined by applicable law. Updated terms apply from publication and do not retroactively alter an existing signed contract.
