Pay snapshot (gross) — how rates are usually set
Typical gross hourly pay for this role is €14.71–€17.25. The final gross rate depends on assignment factors such as:
province/city, shift pattern, cold-environment supplements (if applicable), experience, productivity expectations, and overtime rules.

Work environment: temperature, PPE, pace
You will work in a chilled area typically maintained at +2…+6°C. Projects usually have defined entry/exit rules between temperature zones.
Thermal PPE requirements depend on the site, but you should expect prolonged standing and walking in a cool environment.
- PPE & clothing: thermal layers/gloves may be required; safety footwear and hi-vis rules apply.
- Safety: traffic rules around pallet trucks/forklifts; clear communication and attention are mandatory.
