What we do for clients in Wrocław

Cases of foreigners living in the Lower Silesian voivodeship are decided by the Lower Silesian voivode. Our job is to make sure your application reaches the office complete, consistent and on time, and that you know at every stage what is happening and what comes next. Depending on the package, we:

• identify the right ground — for example, whether a student at a Wrocław university who has started working should stay on a studies permit or move to residence and work;
• prepare a document checklist for your situation and check that everything is consistent;
• prepare the MOS form data together with you;
• coordinate the attachment from your employer or university;
• give you payment instructions — stamp duty goes to the Gmina Wrocław account and the card fee to the Dolnośląski Urząd Wojewódzki account;
• prepare you for the summons to the office or one of its branches;
• respond to summonses within the package, monitor the status and plan the next steps: employer change, renewal, permanent residence.

In-person meeting in Wrocław

We handle many cases fully remotely. But in some situations sitting at the same table saves time and stress:

• your first MOS application, with no experience of login.gov.pl, the trusted profile or e-signatures — we go through the form together while you log in and sign on your own device;
• lots of original documents (contracts, civil-status certificates, certificates from your employer or university) that are easier to show than to scan;
• an application for the whole family, including children added through MOS sub-accounts;
• preparing for the fingerprint summons: what to bring and how to respond to the office's requests;
• a face-to-face conversation in Russian or Ukrainian if that suits you better.

A meeting costs PLN 250 per appointment; we agree the place and time individually. If the office summons you to its branch in Legnica, Jelenia Góra or Wałbrzych, in-person help outside Wrocław costs from PLN 450 plus travel.

A meeting with MaViAl does not replace your appearance at the office. You show your passport and give fingerprints and a signature specimen in person, at the place stated in the summons.

Packages and prices

Government fees — PLN 340–640 stamp duty and PLN 100 for the card — are paid separately, directly to the office's accounts. Example: a single permit with full support and one meeting in Wrocław is PLN 1990 + 250 to MaViAl plus PLN 440 + 100 in fees. Extra services and more worked examples: prices.

How working with us goes, step by step

1. Contact. In the contact form, give your citizenship, purpose of stay, your town in Lower Silesia and the date your legal stay ends.
2. Diagnosis. If the ground is not obvious, we start with a 60-minute diagnosis — online or at a meeting in Wrocław.
3. Written offer. You receive the scope, the price and a list of what the service does not include.
4. Documents. We prepare a checklist for your situation; you send scans or bring originals to a meeting, and we check consistency.
5. Fees. You get transfer instructions — both fees are paid before filing, to two separate accounts.
6. MOS application. We complete the data together, your employer or university signs the attachment via a link valid for 30 days, and you sign the application and receive the UPO.
7. After filing. You download the certificate of filing, and we prepare you for the summons (the office gives at least 7 days' notice) and respond to requests — two are included in the package.
8. Decision and card. The decision arrives by post or via e-Doręczenia. We explain what it says and what comes next, including the option to appeal within 14 days if it is negative.

Until 4 March 2027 statutory decision deadlines do not run (art. 100d of the special act on assistance to Ukrainian citizens, extended by Dz.U. 2026 poz. 203). That is why we plan your case with a time buffer from the start and never promise a decision date. More: residence card processing time.

For employers in Wrocław and Lower Silesia

For a residence and work permit the employee files the application, but it cannot be sent without the employer's attachment. MOS sends the company a link valid for 30 days; the attachment has to be completed and signed electronically. For companies in and around Wrocław we:

• coordinate attachments for several employees at once, so that no link expires;
• check that the attachment data matches the employee's contract and application;
• talk to your employees in their language — Polish, Russian, Ukrainian or English;
• handle employer changes or amendments of permit conditions (from PLN 790).
