Which email address should I use?
Software, websites, documents and general questions: office@mavial.pl. Revit and Tekla software, BIM libraries and families: bim@mavial.pl. Personal data requests: legal@mavial.pl. If you are not sure, write to office@mavial.pl and we will pass it on.
Which languages can I write in?
Polish, English, Russian or Ukrainian. Use whichever lets you describe the case most clearly.
When will I know the price?
After we understand the case and always before any work starts. Software has indicative rates on its pricing page, and residence card services have their own price list.
Can I visit the office without an appointment?
Please arrange a time first by phone or email. Many matters can be handled remotely, so a visit is not always needed.
Is it safe to send documents by messenger?
Send documents by email and only when we ask for them. Passport copies are deleted once the case is closed. Questions about your data go to legal@mavial.pl.
