Who we work for
Building product manufacturers
Architects and engineers specify products they can drop into their model. A manufacturer with accurate Revit families, a Tekla component or a small plugin that configures the product inside Revit is easier to choose. We turn your data sheets, drawings and product rules into BIM content and tools you can publish on your website or in the Autodesk and Tekla stores.
Design and engineering firms
Every office has tasks that take hours and follow the same rules: renaming and numbering, checking parameters, preparing exports, placing typical elements. We write the plugin that does this in seconds and follows your standards, and we build your office family library so that every project starts from the same clean content.
Software and BIM teams
If you already have a product and need a Revit or Tekla connector, we can develop it as an extension of your platform and maintain it with each new version of the host program.
Any language, any country
Tools and content are prepared for the market where they will be used. The interface of a plugin can be localised into several languages, families can carry parameter names and descriptions in the language of your clients, and libraries can follow regional units, naming and classification systems. We communicate in English, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian, and the product itself can be localised into any other language through translation files.
How a project runs
- Specification. You send us a specification: what the tool or content should do, which program and versions, examples and files.
- Questions and scope. We review it, ask what is missing and propose a written scope, milestones and a price.
- Development. We work in short iterations and send test builds or sample families early.
- Testing on your files. You check the result on real projects; we fix what you find.
- Delivery. Installer or package, source code if agreed, user documentation and support for new host-program versions on request.
What we do not do
MaViAl does not provide architectural or engineering design, modelling of building projects, coordination, detailing or cost estimates as a service. We develop the software and BIM content that design teams and manufacturers use for that work. Responsibility for design decisions and calculations stays with the client's engineers.

Do you model buildings or produce drawings?
No. We develop software and BIM content: Revit plugins, Tekla extensions, Revit families and product libraries. Projects themselves are designed and modelled by your team.
How do I send the technical specification?
Use the specification form, where you can attach files, or write to bim@mavial.pl. Describe the goal, the program and versions, and attach examples.
Can the plugin or families be in our language?
Yes. We prepare the interface, parameters and documentation in the language you need and can support several languages in one product.
How much does development cost?
It depends on the scope. We name the price after reviewing your specification, always before work starts, and fix it in a written scope.
Who owns the source code?
Ownership and licensing are agreed in the contract. We can transfer the source code and rights to you or license a ready tool.
